Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your CHARGAMI. If you don’t, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
1) How to start a return
Email us at support@chargami.com with:
- Order number
- Your reason for return (quick sentence is fine)
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back without approval, so we can track it properly.
2) Return shipping (customer-paid)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, because you’re responsible for the package until it arrives to us.
3) Return conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Item must be returned in good condition (no cracks, broken parts, or heavy damage)
- Must include all parts/accessories that came in the box
- Light use/testing is OK — this is a money-back guarantee
If parts are missing or the item is damaged beyond normal handling, we may issue a partial refund.
4) Refunds
Once your return is delivered to us and inspected:
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within [10 business days]
- Banks may take additional time to post the refund
5) Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and we’ll make it right.
In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping (or send a replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation).
